Domestic shipping

We can ship wine to any addresses in the Netherlands. All shipments within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL. Price is approximately EUR 25 but its depending on size and value of your shipment. Please contact us if you have questions. 

International shipping

We can arrange international shipping of all wines to your choice of destination, worldwide.  

International shipping within the EU 

Shipping to customers without a valid EU ID VAT registration

Where All Wines BV arranges the transport of the goods to customers without a valid EU VAT ID number, the following terms apply: 

  • All prices displayed on our website or provided to you are inclusive of any applicable EU VAT. 
  •  EU VAT will not be separately displayed on the invoices for the sale of these wines. 

Shipping to customers with a valid EU VAT ID number 

Where All Wines BV arranges the transport of the goods to customers with a valid EU VAT ID number, the following terms apply: 

  • All prices displayed on our website or provided to you are exclusive of any applicable EU VAT. 
  • To the extent the goods are transported to a location outside the Netherlands but within the EU, a 0% Dutch VAT rate will be applicable (with the exception of sales under the ‘VAT margin scheme’ for which Dutch VAT is charged). You may need to account and remit for intra-EU acquisition VAT, which is fully your own responsibility.  
  • You must provide us with a valid EU VAT ID number during the purchase process. The EU VAT ID number provided must be of a different EU Member State than the Netherlands.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided regarding your EU VAT ID number is accurate and up to date. Any incorrect or outdated information (e.g. invalid EU VAT ID number) may result in the obligation for us to charge 21% Dutch VAT on your purchase.
  • A formal VAT invoice will be issued for your purchase. 
  • You may be entitled to claim back the VAT paid on your purchase, subject to the rules and regulations of your country's tax authority. 
  • The ‘’VAT margin scheme’’ applies to certain wines, which means that EU VAT will not be separately displayed on the invoices for the sale of these wines. 

Own arrangements

Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own arrangements with a shipping company of your choice. In this case, you will be responsible for contracting the shipping company, providing them with all the shipment details, and covering the shipping costs. You can also choose to pick up your wines in Amsterdam. In both cases, we will require confirmation that the goods have been collected in Amsterdam. 

Please note that in case you are an EU resident without a VAT registration 21% Dutch VAT is charged on top of the prices when you arrange your own shipping or collect your goods in Amsterdam (with the exception of sales under the ‘VAT margin scheme’). 

If you opt for us to pack your wines for pick-up by your chosen shipping company or for self-pickup from a location in central Amsterdam during office hours, please coordinate the pick-up time with us by sending an email to the following address: wines@all-wines.com

 

International shipping to outside the EU

Where All Wines BV arranges the transport of the goods to customers outside the EU (B2B and B2C), the following terms apply: 

  • To the extent the goods are transported to a location outside the EU, a 0% Dutch VAT rate will be applicable (this also applies to sales under the ‘VAT margin scheme’). You are responsible for the import VAT and duties (if any) in the country of destination. All Wines BV does not accept any responsibility in this.
  • A formal VAT invoice will be issued for your purchase.

Returns

You may return unopened and undamaged products sold by All Wines B.V. within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You can send your return request to wines@all-wines.com. By return email you will receive further return instructions. Shipment cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned product.
